As HR Intern at Nicoll Curtin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team and our Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire talented professionals who align with our company culture and business objectives but also to help us with our HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the NC way of how to attract and source Recruiters on international markets by helping our Hiring team in choosing the right candidate for the open positions
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the internal openings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant databases
  • Helping us with HR administration to support our global teams

What we are looking for:

  • Last year of Bachelor/Master studies or Fresh Graduate
  • Able to work full-time or part-time
  • Eager to learn and develop skills in the fields of HR and Recruitment
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Communicative and Proactive person

This is 6 month-paid internship program, that could be grown into a full-time job after the internship.
