Remote position

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in designand implementation of overall recruiting strategy
  • Proactively planning and organization ofrecruiting and employer branding events, such as job fairs, career events, workshops etc.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Sources potential candidates
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
  • Conducts interviews and assesses applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Coordinates interviews with the hiring managers
  • Providesdetailed recruitment reports
  • Acts as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology or related field
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in similar positions
  • Advanced English language level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
